What ProsperaActivate Is

ProsperaActivate is a technical onboarding concierge that guides representatives through the standard activation steps via a voice-guided assistant. It is a software service.

What ProsperaActivate Is Not

ProsperaActivate does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We make no representations or guarantees regarding income, returns, performance, or outcomes of any kind. Decisions you make outside of the technical activation flow are entirely your own.

Sessions and Minutes

Minutes are non-refundable once a session begins but never expire. Call durations are rounded up to the next whole minute. You may purchase additional minutes at any time.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your six-digit access code private. Rotate the code immediately if you suspect it has been exposed.

Acceptable Use

Do not share account access, attempt to bypass verification, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the affected session.
