ProsperaActivate collects only what's needed to deliver your activation sessions: your email address, voice session metadata (duration, stage progress, timestamps), purchase records, and your private six-digit access code.

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not request, store, or process wallet seed phrases or private keys.
• We do not record or transmit any financial account credentials.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to verify access, track session progress so Prospera can resume you, bill minutes accurately, and send transactional emails such as receipts and access codes.

Security

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access codes are cryptographically generated and can be rotated or revoked at any time from your dashboard.

Your Rights

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time from your Account page or by contacting support.
